We are a boutique Pilates studio, specialising in Private 1:1 and Semi-Private 1:3 sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our team of experienced and certified Instructors deliver personalised programs with specialities in women’s health, pre and post natal pilates, clinical rehabilitation as well as functional movement and strength training.

Coming in January 2026 we will also offer individualised semiprivate strength training (1:4) in a supportive, expert-led environment.

Do you know the difference between group mat and reformer pilates and comprehensively led full equipment Pilates?

There are more machines in pilates than Reformers. A comprehensively trained instructor is trained in teaching group mat and reformer as well as the pilates Trapeze Table, Wunda and Exo Chairs, Barrels and many other small apparatuses which are used to assist or challenge a client for specific areas. A comprehensively trained instructor also is trained in how to program specifically to work with injuries, spinal health, joint ligament and tendon health as well as sport specifific programing and training.

Our instructors

Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced, holding years of teaching expertise as well as Diploma-level certifications or Physiotherapy qualifications making them equipped to tailor a program around your needs.

How do i start?

It all begins with an Initial Consultation, which we call our Start Up. Over three sessions, we create the perfect program tailored to you and your body.

Start Up Options

3 Private Sessions – $270

Perfect if you have complicated injuries or conditions that need detailed attention. Across these three sessions, we’ll carefully assess your body and design the right program for the stage you’re at.

1 Private + 2 Semi-Privates – $200

Best suited for those who already have Pilates experience. You’ll get the benefit of a private assessment before joining semi-private sessions, where you’ll still work with your personalised program.

What Comes Next?

Once your Start Up is complete, we’ll set you up with your ongoing sessions — either 1:1 private or 3:1 semi-private — using the program designed specifically for you.

We’ll also provide recommended homework to help address specific issues between sessions.

Your program is never static. We continually update and reassess it to make sure you are progressing safely and effectively towards your goals.
